Within 12 months

Time limit

Please complain within 12 months of what happened, or within 12 months of you finding out about it. We can extend this if there's a good reason and we can still look into it properly.

Step by step

What happens next

  1. 1

We'll acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.

  2. 2

We'll offer to talk it through with you: how we'll handle it, how long it should take, and what outcome you'd like.

  3. 3

We'll look into it and send you a full response within 10 working days. If we need longer, we'll keep you updated.

  4. 4

Our response will explain what we found, any mistakes we made, what we'll do to put things right, and an apology where one is due.

Complaints are handled by Dr Muddassar Ahmed, Registered Manager.
