Premier Private GP – Cancellation, Refund, and
Rescheduling Policy

At Premier Private GP, we understand that plans may change. To ensure fairness and efficiency in managing appointments, please review our updated policy below:

1. Cancellation Charges

  • No charges will apply if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
  • A 25% cancellation charge will apply if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours but more than 4 hours before the appointment time.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for missed appointments (no-shows).

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Patients may reschedule once free of charge if the change is made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling within 24–48 hours of the appointment will incur a £25 administration fee.
  • Same-day rescheduling (within 24 hours) may be charged a full or partial consultation fee, at the clinical discretion of management.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please email us at refund@premierprivategp.co.uk with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
  • All approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of confirmation.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds or waivers beyond this policy may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the management.
