Terms and Conditions

1. Appointment Structure

  • The membership package includes New appointments throughout the year, each lasting for a duration of 20 minutes, with a General Practitioner (GP).
  • 50% discount on follow up appointments
  • Priority access to your GP is guaranteed under the membership package of choice.

2. Prescription Services

  • Free repeat prescriptions are included within the membership package.
  • 10% Discount on New prescriptions.

3. Communication Channels:

  • Email access to a GP is provided as part of the subscription for convenient communication.

4. Online Appointment Exchange:

  • Access to online appointment exchange services for menopause health and wellness screening is available against the members quota of consultations for the respective membership.

5. Discount and Charges:

  • Members are eligible for a 10% discount exclusively on in-house service charges. This discount does not extend to third-party fees or laboratory costs, including but not limited to phlebotomy services. Any additional blood tests or investigations conducted in-house will incur separate charges. Blood test results will be uploaded to the patient's online profile. Should the patient wish to discuss these results during a follow-up appointment, standard appointment charges will apply in accordance with our terms and conditions.

6. Cancellation Policy:

  • Up to 75% cancellation charges may apply on all annual membership packages.
  • After the first year, a minimum of three months' notice must be provided prior to cancelling the membership.
  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with in the first year with a minimum of three months’ notice

7. General Terms:

  • The membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
  • The membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms herein.
